The Dytran 2300V series is a family of IEPE probe-style pressure sensors, designed for reliable operation in temperatures up to +250°F (+121°C). The sensors are acceleration compensated to reduce the risk of spurious ambient vibration signals adding to signal output, thus enhancing the transducer's natural frequency, which facilitates an ultra-fast rise time.

Available in seven different models with full scale ranges between 250 and 15,000 psi, design of the Dytran 2300V series incorporates a stable quartz sensing element operating in compression mode, packaged in a rugged one-piece stainless steel housing with external 5/16-24 mounting threads and weighing just six grams. Units are especially recommended for use in installations in which there is a chance that the probe could become embedded in the mounting port, such as when used with certain corrosive fluids, as there is no chance of 2300V series sensors twisting apart during removal. Since it is manufactured as a single piece, the sensors are easily removed from the mounting port by simply rotating the sensor body in a counterclockwise direction.
