The Dytran 1060V series is a family of IEPE force sensors designed to measure dynamic forces of 500 to 50,000 lbf over a wide frequency range. Offered in six models with available sensitivities from 0.1 to 10 mV/lbf, this dynamic force sensor can measure up to 1,000 lbs full scale in tension mode. As IEPE sensors, the 1060V series features built-in electronics, eliminating the need for an external charge amplifier and converter.

Design of the 1060V series features a quartz sensing element, operating in compression mode and packaged in a rugged stainless steel housing weighing 460 grams. Units utilize a 10-32 axial connector and 3/8-16 tapped hole at the top of the sensor housing.
