The Dytran 3343A series is a family of miniature triaxial IEPE accelerometers that weigh just 2.4 grams and have a vertical height of just 0.29 inches.

The distinguishing characteristic of the 3343A series is its exclusive, Dytran designed 4-pin radial connector. Compared to the industry standard connector (1/4-28 thread size), the 3343A series incorporates a M4.5x0.35 connector that is approximately 20% smaller in size. This substantial size difference allows for a more flexible, lightweight-weight cable, a smaller diameter for the connector, and also contributes to the overall smaller size of the accelerometer.

Available in three different models with choice of 2, 5 and 10 mV/g sensitivity, the Dytran 3343A series features quartz shear sensing elements packaged in a robust laser welded titanium housing with adhesive mounting capabilities. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high-humidity and dirty environments.
