The Dytran model 3293A is a lightweight IEPE triaxial accelerometer with a high-sensitivity of 500 mV/g. Design of the model 3293A incorporates miniature ceramic shear mode sensing elements, mounted to a single support and packaged in a lightweight, welded titanium housing, for a total weight of 8.8 grams.

The model 3293A offers a low-end frequency response of 0.25 Hz for excellent phase response at low frequencies. Units also have an electrical noise floor of 0.0002 'g' RMS, which allows for its excellent signal-to-noise ratio.

Units feature a single 4-pin connector and 5-40 stud mounting, and are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high-humidity or dirty environments.
