The Dytran model 3148E is a highly rugged IEPE accelerometer with a 100 mV/g sensitivity and low-frequency vibration measurement capabilities down to 0.5 Hz.

Design of the model 3148E incorporates a ceramic shear sensing element packaged in a stainless steel housing, incorporating a radial BNC connector and 10-32 mounting hole. The model 3148E is also hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high-humidity and dirty environments and base isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
