The Dytran 7500A series is a family of high-performance single axis variable capacitance (VC) accelerometers available in eight different models with measurement ranges between 2 and 400 g. These high-precision accelerometers combine an integrated VC accelerometer chip with high drive, low impedance buffer for low-level acceleration measurements.

Tailored for zero-to-medium frequency applications, the 7500A series features a low end frequency response of 0 Hz, and upper frequency range between 400 and 2,500 Hz. This module contains a MEMS capacitive sensing element, a custom integrated circuit amplifier, low-noise electronics and differential output, housed in lightweight titanium, with a 1/4-28 4-pin radial connector and easy mounting via two #4 or M3 screws. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high-humidity and dirty environments.
